• Where is the store based?

  Montreal, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! International shipping is alive and well! I don't want anyone to feel left out.

• Where do all your items ship from?

  Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders (Canada & USA) take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the distance. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks depending on where you are located.

  For orders that combine made-to-order items (such as T-shirts, makeup bags or underwear) with original art, your order will be shipped in one ensemble once all items are ready.

• What couriers do you use?

  I use Canada Post for anything domestic (Canadian destinations). I use either USPS, UPS or DHL for packages heading to USA or all other countries.

• Are any of the original paintings from your website also available?

  YES, many of them are! Some of which are already sold and have been listed as such (SOLD).

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
