Everyone loves Splinter because he is so wise. (And because he has the patience to train and look after 4 teenage turtles.) Here is a small study I did of the original Splinter action figure. Kind of similar to the Bucky O'Hare painting, I shot the reference photo in my room early morning which has a green cast from the sun beaming from behind the green curtains. I stayed a lot looser with this study and like the result.
